New Site changes

Wednesday, 24 August 2011

Things have gone on long enough and the site rework has to happen now.Cool

This weekend, starting Saturday the 27th, the WVG site will be unavailable. When the forums are up again, the page will work. We'll see if we ca can get the Joomla installation up, though it will not be pretty. It will be a work in progress, but the forums are the most important part.

Cheers

New Sponsor
Written by Justin
Wednesday, 02 February 2011

Hi folks.. We have a new Sponsor. They are "HeadShot HardWear". They print custom tshirts and hoodies for gamers. They will be getting us some gaming swag to give away at a Lan sometime in the near future. The site is barebones, but the people that run it are really into gaming and serving the gamer. If you know of Guilds, clans, groups, or single gamers that want to look great representing themselves, send them over. I hope to be posting some of their work in the near future.

Or, have them contact me and I can get the communications flowing.

 WVGamers Logo
Started in April of 2004, we have grown from an ordinary turnout of about 6 people to more than 50 at one time. This has been accomplished by a loose atmosphere and without the elitist attitude that you find at alot of Clan focused LAN events. Our events these days are closer to 25 average. We try and sometimes excel at creating a friendly atmosphere where players of all games can have a good time. We always have great raffle prizes both paid and free and are growing very rapidly. Consider coming to our event and see why -=WVG=- is the areas best group of gamers.
